TimberJig with supports and rail allows you to expand and adapt your portable sawmill to your particular needs. Two equipment lines allow cut-size logs and large logs. By adding the supports and rail to the Timberjig you will obtain greater precision and flexibility when cutting logs. Suitable for logs up 80 cm (32″) diameter.
The TimberJig with supports and rail is made up of three components:
– TimberJig: A manual portable sawmill proven by thousands of users all over the world;
– Rail 3 m in aluminum offers straight and stable support for cutting.
– Rail supports: steel, They may be arranged at angles of 90 degrees in four positions, allowing cutting surfaces at right angles.
TimberJig with supports and rail can be used to saw logs in a variety of ways:
A) Build a wooden cutting table where the logs to saw sit, and which will form a solid base for fixing the rail. Roll the torus to its place ma cutting table and work at a comfortable height. This is the favorite form of many users!
B) Attach the carrirl directly to the bull

• Cut as short logs as possible to get more precise. The aluminum rail can be extended when necessary. You can purchase extensions 0,5 m e 1 m .
• When working with rail extensions greater than 4 m (13 feet) should place an extra support in the middle of the torus; with rail extensions greater than 7 m (22 feet), should put two supports.
• If we want to expand the capacity of our portable sawing system, both the TimberJig and the aluminum stringer of the Big Mill system are compatible with the portable sawmills F2 and F2 +.
